obtained from the annual closing of the accounts, after

having been deducted for the interest of the shares,

expenses and social expenses, will be divided into ten

equal parts, ▼ of which will be distributed to the

shareholders, 2 to the promotors and 1 to the staff.

Art. 30. Any imperfection found in the present

regulations will be rectified by the decisions of the

Shareholders' Assembly and communicated to the concerned

authorities.
